United Educator owns and operates the website unitededucator.com and retains the copyright as well as other intellectual property rights associated with the United Educator Product/Material, which includes all documents, data, technical knowledge, and other information provided to Customers.

The Customer acknowledges that it must obtain United Educator's prior written permission before being permitted to:

• Copy any material from United Educator materials;
• Use any recording equipment, including but not limited to audio recorders, cameras, and video recorders, during audio conferences or webinars; or
• Use United Educator trademarks, trade names, or other names in any publication or promotion.

• United Educator Material/Product shall mean all products or materials purchased through United Educator websites, or all information you have access to after purchasing these products or materials.
• If payment of the United Educator Product or Material fee is made in full, United Educator will grant each Customer: (i) a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the specific product in an uninterrupted way; and (ii) an exclusive and non-transferable license to make only one copy of the entire United Educator Product or Material.
• The United Educator Product/Material shall not be used for commercial purposes and must not be used to produce derivative works.
