There are several ways to register: Online through our secure website, by Phone with a customer service representative, or by Mail with a completed order form sent to the address shown on the form. For additional registration questions, call customer service.
Dial-in instructions and a link for downloading program materials are emailed to the address associated with the ordering account two days before the program. If you order within one day of the program, a customer relations representative will provide the information by phone or email. Important: if you have not received your dial-in information or welcome kit instructions one day before the conference, call us immediately.
Yes. When a group or multiple users register for a webinar, the registered staff may participate together. You can invite all registered employees on one telephone line. Discounts are available for purchases of multiple lines and for purchasing PDF transcripts with the live audio conference.
Transcripts are typically delivered within one week after the live session has concluded. Your package will also include all available materials from the conference.
